• Location, cleanliness, facilities.
• Parking lot and the $17 per day charge to park is outrageous.

“Hotel was nice, in a nice part of town. Close to nearby shopping, restaurants, etc. The only downside was the parking garage. You had to pay $17 per day to park in this dark, scary garage. They need to do something to get a cheaper parking rate because a lot of people will not return because they don't want to pay to park.”

• Staff was very helpful.
• Tough to find with the directions we had.

“The staff at this hotel were very helpful. The air conditioner in the first room we were assigned did not work. When we informed the front desk, they moved us immediately. They bumped us up to the "Club" level for our troubles (of having to move rooms) and assisted us in several other ways. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the helpfulness of the staff, and the location to one of the safer Metro stops to go into DC (right outside the front door) suited us fine.”

• The housekeeper on the floor that I was on was very nice and friendly on the 4 floor.
• Everyone seen to be friendly. But one of the front desk guys was not all that friendly .

“Very nice hotel and I did enjoy my stay just so far out. But a very nice place overall.”

• Excellent location.
• Several areas not clean.

“Good location with close proximity too many restaurants and Metro line to Washington DC. Unfortunately, the cleaning service had many small obvious shortcomings, e.g. dirty coffee machines, door knots.”

• Very nice hotel rooms/facilities and great location.
• House keeping refused to bring coffee cream to our room said staff was busy.

“Very nice facility/rooms, clean, great location, quality hotel. Staff did not mention on check-in that there was separate charge for parking the car, we assumed the guests would have free parking.”

• I found the staff very friendly and I liked the cleanliness of the room.
• The hotel looked a bit small to me!

“I found the whole experience pleasant and I enjoyed the time we were there. The hotel is in a good spot, near a train station and also buses. It is also far enough from the city center that its not too busy and you can walk around at night, pleasant surrounding area.”

• It is located close to the entrance of I-66m which has good access to the airport.
• The parking was terrible and expensive, It is not the fault of the hotel, but the location and that the parking was a different company.

“There was no hassle, only good service in a pleasant facility. The only problem is that the location prohibits decent parking, and the Hotel parking is run by a different company, very tight and difficult to get around in, very expensive, and not covered by the hotel.”

• Room, bed & bath: very clean & comfortable. Personnel extended themselves. Offered to fix broken lamp switch after 11:30pm.
• No warning of $17/night for parking car in hotel owned parking garage. Room lighting adequate but dim, no in room computer access.

“I found this hotel comfortable (but only verging on luxury because the mattresses were pillowed). Room, bath & bed were extremely clean. TV remote and channel selection very cumbersome. No food service. Neither exercise facilities nor available pool.”

• Right on top of the subway station. Great location and easy access to anywhere.
• No valet parking. Parking was public parking in the condo.

“I would consider this more of a Condotel, Condo hotel, than a traditional hotel. I was surprised to find they share the parking with Condo Residents and the businesses in the building. Had I known that the hotel shares facilities with the condo building, I wouldn't have been so surprised. Other than that, everything is great at the hotel. Very clean, new everything and friendly and helpful staff. Extremely easy access to subway and buses.”

• Great location.
• Charge for parking.

“Hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. Quite close to DC, easy accessible by highways. Couple of things I did not like is, about the charges for parking for hotel guests, its 17$ per day. This was specifically for me, I was looking for something to warm my food, surprising the hotel does not have a microwave at all.”

“Just not good for kids and the staff was initially argumentative, parking is too expensive. I would not recommend the hotel nor would I stay again.”

• Excellent location, good service. They threw in a free breakfast because I am a Hilton Honors Platinum member.
• The air conditioner was noisy and too close to the bed.

“Good location, indoor parking with elevator directly into the hotel, friendly and fast service, excellent breakfast buffet, quiet.”

• The lobby was nice.
• Loud heating unit, small beds, didn't sleep well.

“Overall it was a nice hotel, perfect location for us as we could walk to Kettler Ice rink. Next to mall and other restaurants, however the hotel didn't offer that information to us when we checked in so we ate at their restaurant and it was overpriced and the food wasn't that great. The hallways were filled with drunk people when we went back to our room that evening and we had to tell the front desk. Some where half dressed. Made for an interesting conversation with my two children in tow.”
