• Management was very courteous and attentive to customers' needs.
• I liked all aspects of hotel stay.

“Hotel smelled everywhere, room was hot on coldest AC setting, hall ways were dirty, breakfast was old food reused, front desk person sarcastic, patrons checking in next to me at a much lower rate very disappointed.”

“One does not always get when one pays for. If all you need is a place to sleep and dont need convince or comfort than this is the place for you. The people were nice and check in was easy. They had coffee in the lobby. No other perks worth talking about.”

• Newly refurbished.
• Would have liked a small refrigerator & microwave.

“Excellent. Spacious room with two double beds and desk with internet connection in room. There was also a PC set up in the lobby for no-charge use by guests. Parking was within a courtyard and an Indian Cuisine restaurant was located across the courtyard. A large breakfast room offers complementary cereal and juice or you can make your own toast or waffle.”

• Location; security; interior parking; fitness center with security.
• Elevator #2 wasn't entirely dependable. The grout in the bathroom tile (in shower) was moldy and black; needed bleach.

“The Comfort Inn at Ballston was extremely convenient to everything - metro, shopping, restaurants. The parking is located in an interior courtyard and was well lit at night. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay there again.”

• It is convenient when you are working in the Arlington Area.
• Too high priced, low quality hotel.

“Hotel is currently being updated and some of the rooms have a nice interior, some are outdated. It is not worth the +$ 200.007 a night that I paid. The hotel is close to the highway 66 and within 5-10 minutes you can be in the (DC) District.”

• Shuttle to metro, but they failed to tell me of this amenity.
• Old, needs an update, seriously!

“Very old. Price too high for what you get. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. Nice shuttle service to metro, but if they fail to mention this to you... what good is it? Disappointed.”
