• The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.
• There was no refrigerator in the room.

“The hotel lobby was very pretty. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The large rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool and exercise room were great.”

“Hotel is very attractive and room was very comfortable. We made good use of the Metro to avoid hassle of driving in DC. Disappointed with parking fee.”

• The concierge friendliness and explanation of sight seeing options.
• Charging for overnight parking when there is free parking all around.

“Was good overall, very interesting area too, just need to incorporate the parking as part of the charges since there is enough parking space on the complex - parking fees shouldn't be charged separately.”

• Very clean, convenient to everything, friendly staff.
• Why is there no free wireless internet at all hotels.

“I would stay there again. It was clean, people were friendly and the beds were excellent. I travel a lot and find this a good value. However, if you are going bring your own internet cable or you will be sitting at the desk the entire stay.”

• Location - conveniently located next to a metro station.
• Lacked a mini fridge - something a family needs.

“Interior quad area was rather dark. Not enough light. Room was adequate, though it did lack a mini fridge. Having a family with kids, it is needed to just have waters or snacks. Definitely geared towards a business traveler. Bathroom fan did not work. Overall, it was a nice experience.”

• Nice large rooms, clean hotel.
• Our room opened to inside of hotel, so there were no windows. Also had to pay for parking.

“Overall, the service was friendly. The room was spacious. The rooms circle the lobby, so some rooms open to the middle of the hotel. The nice part is you have a balcony that opens to the lobby. The down side is that there are no windows to the outside, so no sunlight in the morning. There is an outdoor parking lot that you have to pay for. It is not told to you that you have to pay when you check in. It shows up on the final bill.”

• Music was loud in atrium, no notice that party was happening.

• The room was very nice. I was surprised. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near the hotel.
• The dining and room service stopped at 11 pm. I am a late night person.

• No window in room, no refrigerator, 12 TV channels only, expensive parking, no AV hookups, noisy guests.

• Comfortable bed and toiletries--Evelyn & Crabtree.
• There was a mouse in my room. A 4 legged a live mouse.

“The hotel is very nice. There was a mouse in my scampering over my personal belongings. The hotel staff moved me to another room and helped me do this at 12:30 AM. Although I had a different room, the vision of the mouse remained the entire stay.”
