“I stayed in room, which is their wheelchair access room. The shower constantly leaked and the leak came from the hose connection into the wall. To fix the problem, they simply extended the hose and laid the shower head face down into the drain. When I flushed the toilet, it also leaked onto the bathroom floor. On the first day, the maid took my dirty towels, but did not replace them with clean. She did the same thing on the third day, so I had no towels or washcloths in the room. I finally had the office send me some towels, then several hours later realized that she also had neglected to replace my drinking cups. I had to go back to the office to get cups, and they acted like I was a bad guy for needing the replacements. I will never stay in this hotel again, and you guys should seriously consider dropping them from your listing. They are costing you credibility.”

“Sink, Bathtub and toilet should be replaced (I was in room 125). But then again, It's a Days Inn.”

“After trying this hotel for 1 night, we got up and looked elsewhere. I've never had such a horrible hotel room to stay in. Needed clean sheets and a remote control for TV, coffee?, how about vacuuming the carpet??”

“I was not happy with this hotel, compared to the Days Inn we had in Williamsburg. Little worked (ice machines, air conditioner, ATM, out of orange juice by 8:00 a.m., etc.) and it didn't appear to be maintained. The air conditioner, carpet and bathroom were grungy. The only good thing was its location off the highway, and, through shuttle service, the proximity to the subway system.”

“Disgusting! Check in: 30 minutes wait while rude desk staff chatted on phones. They refused to acknowledge priceline prepayment at first. First night: hair and dirty toilet seat, carpet not vaccuumed, cobwebs, dirty windows, messy towels, nonfunctioning TV, light bulb out, room not cleaned after asking; second night: bathtub did not drain, police activity in room below at 2am. Manager was very apologetic (yet not surprised.) Other guests agreed. ”

“Room dirty. Hangers had to be washed off before I could use them. Towels stained and not sure they were clean. Sheets didn't seem clean. Room smelled.”

“This was a very poorly maintained hotel. The room tarrif displayed on the bill board outside the hotel was $59.99 SR. While checking in, the staff handed me the electric Iron, which was to be carried to the room and returned at the check out time.”

“The quality of the room was below what is normal Days Inn standards. The drawer handles were broken, and the tracks were broken so the drawers sat crooked and skewed. The sink faucet/taps were not tightened down and moved around while you tried to turn the water on. The drain cap was broken and had just a stem sticking up out of it.There were burn marks on the tub.One outlet did not work. Therefore, the lights between the beds, the alarm clock, and the phone were not operable. The television had no cable wire or remote control. We had to call the desk and wait almost an hour before maintenance showed up.We were happy with the maid service though, and the location was very convenient for our trips into Washington D.C. and Arlington VA.”

“The conditions of the hotel is extremly undesirable. For example, the amenities include dirty floor, dirty towels, broken AC/Heater (stays on all the time), no hot water and in a bad area. I thought I will get robbed. The front desk folks are absolutely horrible. Thanks”

“The first night they put me in a room with paint flaking off the walls. It was posted as a no smoking room, but had an ash tray and intense smell of smoke. The floor and bathroom were very dirty. They moved me to another room for the next night. It was better, but the overall stay was very poor.”
