• Clean, staff very helpful and pleasant.
• No fridge in room.

“We recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again if the need arises. We have family in the area, and have stayed in various hotels there since moving away five years ago. This has by far been the best hotel we have found.”

• Close to Metro station, shopping and dining, very clean and comfortable.
• Non-smoking facility, no program guide for TV.

“If I were to plan another trip to that area, I would certainly like to stay here again.”

• Coffee available throughout day.
• Our room faced a home where a dog howled from 5:00 am on.

“Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and room was comfortable. Our room faced towards a generator that went off at exactly the time that I was trying to take a nap. Then at 5:00 am (every day) a dog began howling. So if you ever stay there I suggest you get a room that faces the courtyard and not towards the housing development.”

• The staff was friendly, hotel convenient and clean.
• No refrigerators and limited hours and days for room service.

“The hotel was extremely clean and convenient. There are many local options for dining. I wish the hotel had a shuttle to the Metro and had room service for breakfast and extended dinner hours and days. It's only offered from 6-9 PM Monday through Thursday. As a weekend business traveler, this was disappointing. But the free laundry supplies and coin operated laundry facilities were convenient. There is also a laundry or dry cleaning service for a fee which is also very helpful.”

• I keep going back! Clean, friendly, great parking.
• The fragrance stuff in the rooms needs to go away!

“I've stayed in a few hotels in Springfield, but this is the one I keep going back to. Nice front desk personnel, clean hotel, an indoor pool and exercise room - small, but just fine, really. Parking is excellent, and the price is on the mark. For out of toners, I would recommend this hotel any day of the week. If you are visiting this area, make sure you bring a GPS with you and good maps! One wrong turn on these spaghetti bowl traffic on-ramps and you are 10 miles away before you can even turn around (and then that can be a challenge too!)!”

• The customer service was excellent.
• The internet service was not available on a weekend and I was not informed of this information. I had to inquire. They should have informed me back

“I was impressed with the response from the General Manager when I voiced my complaint. The problem that I had with the uncleanliness of the washroom upon arrival was quickly rectified and I was in turn provided a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.”
