“I would recommend the hotel for families willing to spend more than you would for an average hotel. It is very comfortable and well maintained. There is no complimentary breakfast but you can purchase it for about $11.”

“It was not quick service to fix the remote. First I called to the front desk for help, and the person working the desk stated he would have an engineer to respond. I waited over 30 minutes. Then I walked downstairs to the front desk, and had to wait 15 more minutes. Then I was advised that the engineer would meet me at my room. I then had to wait almost 15 minutes for his response, and the remote was replaced which worked with no problems.”

“Our stay was terrible. Not only was the front desk clerk rude, he was unwilling to provide any information to us on public transportation, etc. Not only did he not offer any information on sightseeing, maps, etc, when we asked he hesitated and we had to drag what little info we got out of him. When we returned to our room after being out all day, the temperature was sweltering and the thermostat did not work. We asked him to send maintenance up while we were out at dinner. When we returned, the air was on but the unit was so terribly loud we could not sleep at all. We asked to be relocated to a different room and he refused. I would not stay at this hotel again. Ever.”

“Very difficult to find the hotel in a location removed from main streets. No complimentary breakfast. My room was quite a distance from the elevators. The bed was excellent and the room was cleaned very well.”

“The hotel was nicely decorated and very comfortable. After our long trip I was looking forward to relaxing in the indoor pool but was told that it was taken out a few years ago. It should be taken out of the hotel description, too!”

“Although the hotel staff was accommodating the housekeeping staff needs to take a better look at themselves. The tub was never cleaned and the maintenance staff needed to be called for fixture issues.”

“The Crowne Plaza on the outside looks like a warehouse, used to be a business office, I think. But on the inside, it exceeds expectations, with tasteful decor. It makes up for the outer look by being in an extremely convenient business location.”

“Its an amazing hotel for the price per night. You can't beat all that this hotel offers with regards to rooms being well suited for a night away with your significant other or just a good business getaway. You will definitely rest in comfort with the accommodations that this hotel has.”

“We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Very clean and close to Lowes and the Concord Mills Mall. I recommend this hotel if you don't want to spend a fortune for a luxury hotel.”

“The hotel wasn't too difficult to reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A night watchman was visible in the parking lot and throughout the hotel all night, which we saw him a few times. The room was exquisite with a comfortable chaise lounge chair, a plush bed, a good sized desk and a flat screen LCD TV.
