• Friendly staff.
• Old refrigerator and microwave, TV console, door does not stay opened.

“I was going to use the hot tub and the bubble did not work. I reported to the life guard who reported to the hotel staff. The hotel staff called the engineer right away. The hot tub was fixed the next morning for my use. I am so impressed.”

• Overall the hotel was well maintained and met my expectations.
• The late night train that went by the hotel was rather noisy.

• The staff checked on my room twice to make sure it was acceptable.
• The TV remote didn't work.

“The hotel staff and facility was top notch. The room was great and the towels were huge and the shampoo was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Comfortable, clean, front desk staff friendly.
• Restaurant poor service and way over priced food. Pool was closed from 10am -4pm.

“All in all it was a pleasant stay. Not happy the pool was closed from 10am-4pm. There was an 8th grade school field trip with
many kids using the pool. That was okay, but when they were out on their field trip and out of the pool, the pool was closed.”

“So comfortable and luxurious beds with plenty of pillows! The lobby is modern, inviting, and offers on site restaurant, bar, and mini store. The parking lot is well lit and in safe area.”

• The staff was friendly, the location was excellent and the price was great!
• The room above leaked water through our bathroom light fixture.

“Gaithersburg Hilton is central for business and leisure travelers. The room was very clean, but on the small side. We needed the room to sleep 3 adults which were accommodated but a little cramped.”

• Housekeeping.

“We went out for the day and returned to the room at 3:30 and it was still not made up. Housekeeping came by at 4:15 to make up room but we were getting dressed and said they could come back after 5 when we go back out. They never came back to do the room.”

• Location.
• Called and no service, took cold showers. Room was old and door obvious painted over without repair.

“The staff was mostly friendly. However I was disappointed with our room. Very small bathroom, smallest I've seen in a Hilton yet. The door was old, water was cold. Called them and they said, we'll try to send someone up. No one came and there was no call back. Took cold showers next morning.”
