• The staff was very kind and courteous and the facility was beautiful.
• Facility had to shut off the water each day from 10:00-3:00PM; no wireless internet; no room service for lunch/dinner.

“Overall, this property is perfect for a leisure traveler and with a few changes - would be perfect for the business traveler. Having no water each day between 10:00 - 3:00 was challenging to deal with, but I'm certain this is isolated. Because a business traveler is busy, having all three meals offered at the hotel would be very advantageous, instead of venturing out. The facilities were very pretty and secluded, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. I would not only recommend this hotel, but I would stay here again.”

• It was in a quite setting, stall very helpful and pleasant. Also very clean, it wasn't noisy even though at one point there was a bus of school kids.
• Really there isn't any thing I can think of.

“I liked the quiet setting of the hotel, easy access from Highway 81. The staff very helpful and efficient. I liked the idea of duvets on the beds as then I know they will be washed regularly. I also enjoyed the dinning room with the delicious meals that they served. The staff at the desk very helpful with maps and directions. Very pleasant stay for 5 days.”

• The beds were wonderful. Very comfortable and there were four pillows with each bed.
• When we checked in, the staff person said breakfast was served from 6-10. It was implied that it was complimentary. It was not.

“Great room. Very comfortable. Accommodating staff. I was given a ride to and from the Metro Station all three days I stayed there.”

• It was close to my business.
• The rooms were not as described on their webpage.

“My room, and the room of my co-worker, at this hotel while standard for what you would expect. True there is complimentary high speed internet access, but for one night only, after that there is a charge. Clearly the room I had was not renovated recently.”

• Workout facilities were poor broken heat. Poor equipment.

• The hotel is tucked into a nice quiet area. For me it is only 1 block from where I do business.
• I can not come up with anything that I did (do) not like!

• No refrigerator in room, room was basic hotel room design, no innovation.

• Good location, friendly staff nice size room for the $.
• Breakfast choices, channel choices on the tallied.

“Room was clean and did not have any of the hotels odder that hotels sometimes have. Not very many choices of the television without having to pay a lot. I would recommend it.”

• The shuttle is always available and very convenient.
• No indoor pool, only one entrance and exit, access to fitness room inconvenient.

“The front desk staff is very pleasant but frequently has to compensate for the incompetence of the other hotel staff. The rooms are nice and very basic but the television is placed on a low dresser and too accessible to the hands of very young children. The computer and printer in the lobby is helpful when there is no line but there should be a way to print from your laptop.”

“Was not informed until arrival that this was a non-smoking facility. Had my wife, a smoker, been along this would have been a problem. I will have to ask my son, a lawyer, about the legality of the form and signing it under the duress of check-in.”
