• Queen beds and
  clean rooms.
• Smelly common areas, eggs at breakfast were green and gross.

“For the money, it was a pleasant stay. Quiet, clean, close to Gettysburg. They were also pet friendly which allowed us to bring our dog along. Pool was a little small and not as warm as we'd like it but it really was nice to spend time swimming, since it's the middle of the winter.”

• The key card had to be re-programmed each day which is very inconvenient.

“The location was centrally located to family and the hospital. We left on such short notice that I didn't board the dog. She came along for the ride and was allowed into the room for a small fee ($10). The continental breakfast was excellent. Many options from waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, to hot tea and juices. The only difficulty we had was that the card key would not work consistently in the lock. We had to have it "re-programmed" twice. The side door lock would not work with key either so I had to walk the dog back through the lobby to get back to the room. My son had been sick after some bad Chinese food and the person at the front desk was helpful in getting us fresh linens and towels. Would stay here again. Pricing was right.”

• The management listened to my concerns about the smoking and my related health issues.
• Smoking in non-smoking adjoining room.

“If arriving after dark, lobby door is locked and difficult to get in. Lobby was attractive and rooms were nicely laid out with convenience.”

• Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Need to change breakfast menu.

“Hotel was clean and friendly staff provided helpful information about the area. For a two star hotel, it was in very good condition. I would recommend staying here. I will on my next visit.”

• Rooms were very clean.
• No outdoor pool.

“The rooms were very clean; air conditioning unit was a little noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful, would have been nice to have an outdoor pool. Parking lot was great for us for bike week because of motorcycle trailer. it is hard to find a hotel where we can park a truck and trailer. Overall, great stay!”

• My son has asthma, the hotel was able to put us in a non smoking room.
• No complaints

“The hotel was great and so was the staff. They had to pull off a minor miracle to get us into a non smoking room. The breakfast was great and the staffs area information was wonderful.”

“The accomodations at this hotel were excellent. The staff were very informative on the area events and made us feel at home. The continental breakfast was more than enough for us. We enjoyed the french toast, sausage gravy and biscuits. We were a mile from downtown Gettysburg so we walked to most of the historical sites. Located beside the motel was a Perkins Restaurant and a game complex with batting cages, golf and a game room. The children especially enjoyed this. We recommend this hotel highly. The price was about average but the accomodations were the best!!!!!”
