• Great hotel and a good price.
• Uninformed staff. Had to pay for everything and there was nothing included in the cost of the room.

“Nice hotel. Easy to get to. Staff could have been better informed and more helpful. Be prepared to pay for all meals and amenities.”

• Location and restaurant.
• Mattresses need to be turned or replaced.

• The gym was very good - loved the personal tvs
• Hard to get in/out of because of traffic flow; room smelled like smoke

“My room smelled like smoke, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. They changed my room with no problem, but later the hallways also smelled of smoke. I think they need to enforce the non-smoking policy better. Also, the bathroom sink was clogged one day and required maintenance. The maid service was also very hit or miss.”

• The hotel was very convenient to my destinaton. The bedding was crisp and lovely.
• The surface areas of the desk, table, bedside table, and clock were dusty. The surface areas of the desk and table were sticky.

“The hotel was pleasant and convenient to my destination. I have been spoiled by the Marriott Westfields Convention Center and price all my experiences against them.”

• Quality and cleanliness of room and facility; quality of food at Shula's.
• For me, restaurant did not open early enough. Also, no transport to metro.

• It was a nice hotel, infact excellent except that I could not sleep because of some people making noise at night on my floor.
• There was no free internet service.

“Hotel was great. Very nice service, very clean but when I told the manager that the my floor was too noisy she really didn't take much notice of it. I heard few girls screaming at 3 am and then 4:00 am so loud that I couldn't sleep. There was no free internet. In most hotels its free and there is never a problem.”

• Superb experience. beautiful, comfortable, and professional staff.
• Difficult to get to from major roads.

“We were extremely happy with our accommodations. The redecoration of the hotel is outstanding, the staff is exceptional, the parking garages were better than most and the room was extremely nice. No, I don't work for Marriott. Ha! Few travel experiences match your expectations. This hotel experience exceeded our expectations.”

• Clean, well appointed room, convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment.
• Bathrooms are small.

“I was in town for a very quick overnight attending a concert at Wolf Trap and was not in the hotel or in my room much. The room was comfortable and well appointed.”

• The restaurant was great.
• The room was cramped for a Marriott Chain Hotel.

“These rooms are smaller than a Motel-6 Hotel. The staff wasn't the most knowledgeable group but outside of this you get what you pay for with a Marriott hotel.”
