• The room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable.
• We noticed that the hotel allowed pets--unappealing since we are non pet owners.

“Friendly staff, well appointed rooms, enjoyable complimentary breakfast--overall great place to stay for tired travelers. Will certainly recommend to our friends travelling in the area.”

• Nice breakfast very clean.
• Soda machines empty, no diet soda in lobby sundries.

“This was a very clean hotel with a lovely and excellent Italian restaurant next door. The staff was extremely polite and gave me their full attention and did not seem rushed or frazzled even when there were two people waiting behind me at check in. The full breakfast was excellent for the lobby type with a waffle maker that made everything smell great.”

• It really was clean, comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was good too.
• Well, I have no complaints.

“It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was good. Besides the usual bagels, coffee, there were waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt selections and fresh fruit, cereal and juices. There was also a tourist information office which was very helpful in providing directions and maps. And I also liked the complimentary Washington Post newspaper.”

• The bathroom arrangement was odd.

• Manager was accommodating.
• Receptionist was very rude!

“We registered for a room with two beds and when we arrive, the hotel wanted to give us a one king bed room for four people. He to demand to see the manager for accommodation.”

• Helpful Staff. Great Continental breakfast with cereal, waffles, eggs, cheese, bagels etc.
• Gym is small, no weights and good cardio equip.

“Very helpful Staff. (we were staying a week). The continental breakfast is great, however, somewhat crowded in the morning and there was not always seats to sit down. Our heater broke and the staff came with 10 minutes to reinstall an entire new heater. Quick Service! I would recommend to anyone. This is a great hotel.”

• The continental breakfast and the cleanliness of the room.
• How my access card to the room was deactivated after the 1st day. I had to get it redone.

“The hotel was awesome, parking was great and the staff was very professional and looked good in uniform. I did not like how they deactivated my access card to the room after the 1st day, it forced me to come back downstairs and get my access card reactivated. This was an inconvenience and in fact agitated me. I do not know what the reasoning was for this but I did not appreciate it.”
