“This hotel is perfect for families traveling with children who need to save money on meals. The kitchen is great, though you may have to bring your own cooking utensils and maybe paper plates. Be sure to bring dish washing liquid to clean up after yourself. All in all, a great place.”

“It is a great place to stay. It saved me around $40.00 from eating out. Anything I wanted to do from shopping to public transportation was at my finger tip. Loved it!”

“I was given poor service from check-in to check-out. My room was not ready, I had to pay for accommodations that were previously requested, I had money stolen from my room, and my room was ice cold, the microwave was dirty, the freezer had a mold smell and look, and the covers were dirty.”

“Miserable construction workers who stayed there tracked mud all in the steps and hall. Can't these morons learn to wipe their feet? Can't the extended stay have a boot wiper and sign stating to please wipe off muddy boots. They tracked this mud all over the stairs and halls and they are such slobs and don't care! And so throughout the Christmas time, I was subjected to this mud in stairs as cleaning staff did not clean it (this happens daily!) Those guys are just pigs! Have no respect for the place or courtesy for other guests! So the hotel needs to do something about this! I realize the hotel cannot control the action of others when they are so blatantly dirty and uncaring, but the front desk should "man" and you should post up signs and have boot cleaners or tell those dirty guys to take their boots off!”

“I am satisfied with the hotel. I made the reservation and put in Saturday rather than Friday. One representative told me I need to cancel and book again, if succeed, I would be refund the $25 cancellation fee. He did not specifically say that I need to cancel first, than re-book. What had happened was, I re-book Fri, and could not cancel the Sat. booking. What made it worse; I re-booked on a wrong date again, which is a Friday. on the following week (July, 27th, 07). So when I was there on the July, 20th, I have to pay out of pocket for my stay. The July 27th booking will be wasted.”

“For the price, I don't think you'd get a better room in this location. I needed a cheap hotel for one night on a business trip and it fit the bill. If you're looking for upscale amenities or a romantic hotel, this is not the place to stay.”

“I don't mind if the hotel is kind of messy, but I do mind the smell of the rooms. It has a distant smell, like curry and personally I hate that smell. As soon as you walk in to the lobby the smell is overwhelms you. But overall is tolerable, I bring Lysol every time I come, and allot of air freshener to get rid of the smell.”

“I have never seen a hotel with this much neglect in all of my traveling experience. The hotel lobby smelled of mildew and the hallways had a stench that I have still yet to distinguish. The room I was originally placed in had a failed heating system. When I reported this issue to the front desk, I had to wait for maintenance to attempt to repair the unit for the next hour and a half before I was moved to another room. This next room I was placed in had large burn holes in the comforter on the bed, brownish colored stains on the sheets, carpet that smelled and looked ragged. The bathroom was missing towels and was in bad need of a good cleaning. There is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness that this hotel displayed.”

“Hotel messed up on our reservation'. They did not have it, and we booked over a month ahead. We had to move to a handicapped room because the first "non-smoking" room was too smoky, had an ashtray and cigarette burns all over the bedspread. The handicapped room was not as comfortable and then that was still somewhat smoky and got quite smoky whenever we used the vent. We had to use the vent if we wanted the light on in the bathroom, because there was only one switch for both. The bathroom door swung open and got in the way of the entry/exit door. The primary discomfort in the room was smoke from the vent. Also some outlets and lights were not working.”

“It was dirty and it smelled. It had people lingering in the back parking lot all thru the night. The manager would not make her available to meet with us. We needed a room with a double bed, the hotel had available rooms that need to be cleaned and would not clean and release them to us. So one of us had to sleep on the floor for 3 nights in a row.”
