• Convenient location to attractions.
• Needed a face lift. Room was on a major highway.

• Location.
• Out dated and parking.

“This hotel is rated as a 3-star by Priceline whereas the Marriott Courtyard is only a 2.5-star. I've stayed at both hotels and simply cannot imagine why the Courtyard, a much nicer hotel.”

  central location in the town.
• No fan in the bathrooms.

• The lobby was nice.
• Couldn't sleep. The bed was as hard as a rock, hurt my hips.

“I have stayed in this hotel before and everything was fine. They need to replace the beds every few years. I will not be staying in this hotel again.”

• When
  I lost my purse they returned it. They all spoke to my children in a kind manner.
• Small soft beds.

“The location was great. Friendly. We hate at the hotel and they were all nice with our four children. HBO was nice to share a movie with the kids.”

• Beds were made by 11 AM.
• Pool was closed for the season but then it was after labor day.

“This hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.”

• Location.
• Mattresses need replaced.

“The hotel looks are nice, location is great and the staff is friendly. The mattresses and pillows are terrible. Back and neck hurt every morning because the beds springs are wore out and pillows have no body to them.”

• It was right next to the Jenny Wade house and in the heart of town. Plus I think our room was haunted.
• The driveway direction is odd - kind of confusing.

• Central location made it convenient to walk or drive to the attractions, shops and Battlefields.
• When returning to the hotel in the evening we found parking at the hotel to be difficult.

“I would recommend the Holiday Inn Battlefield to friends and family! This hotel met all our expectations. The staff was very polite and helpful when we needed information. Great Job!”

• It was in walking distance of about everything, including the battlefield (Gettysburg, NP).
• Nothing. If I go again, I'll try to stay here again.

• Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and adequately furnished.
• Parking nearest rooms was very limited. Other parking was a distance away.
