• The lobby and breakfast offerings.
• The smell of the rooms.

“This hotel looks nice in the lobby. The furniture is old, scratched wood and the rooms smell like an Indian restaurant that has been sprayed down by Fe breeze. The bed was comfortable, but the smell stuck to my clothes and luggage, which made for an uncomfortable drive home on a rainy night.”

• Clean, easy to get to and has a Fuddruckers for convenience.
• Ice machine on my floor did not work.

“For a moderately priced hotel in a high income part of the country, it met expectations. We have been staying there for over eight years, around four times per year on business. This speaks highly of the hotel.”

“Overall, the hotel wasn't bad for its star. The location is probably the best thing about the hotel as it is fairly accessible. The rooms are rather small, and although they are moderately clean, they are not particularly well stocked with basic toiletries and accessories (I only had two towels and 2 small washcloths in my room). Hotel staff are fairly polite, although not particularly helpful in providing guests with information (dining options, locations, navigating the area, places within the area, etc.).”

“Good location, right in Tyson's new shopping, restaurants, etc. Wish there was a pool. Room came with microwave and fridge, but the bathroom was very small. overall a good place to crash, but not spend your day at.”

• For privacy I kept my curtain drawn at all times - the walk-by gallery is level with the windows.

“It is no match for a 1-star hotel somewhere in Switzerland, Germany or Austria. There the continental breakfast would include fresh fruit, omelet, and a hot dish or two.”

• The staff was excellent and the beds were very comfortable.
• The continental breakfast could be better with more choices.

“The location was very convenient and the free shuttle was terrific. The staff was all very good at their jobs and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The dining room was attractive and the computer room was very nice with printers, copiers, fax and computer. I will definitely come back when I'm in the DC area.”

• It is comfortable for a short trip.
• Knowledge when it comes to information regarding routes around.

“The hotel is clean, the carpet may need to be clean more often but everything else was fine but for the short stayed. I do think the staff needs to be more aware of routes information specially the front desk personnel, after all this is a hotel and most of the people are in out-town travel.”

• It was better to drive to metro system than to take the shuttle from the hotel.
