“It was a lot more than I had expected for the price. Very nice, spotless looking and clean smelling. Upscale hotel feel. I would recommend this over the other places in the area, even over ones that are more expensive.”

“Room was very nice (and super for the money), spacious, clean, and with nice amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate. My only complaint is that there were large meetings both days that appeared to center on the atrium/bar area- very loud groups and crowded. Made it impossible for us to visit the bar.”

“This is a very nice hotel in a decent and accessible part of town. The rooms are very well kept, we stayed at the 22nd floor and the view was decent. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast, which includes muffins, pastries, toasts, cereal and fresh fruits. The only complain I have, is that they don't have free wireless.”

“This is the classic example of a hotel that has had a coat of paint slapped on it and is included in a higher caliber of hotel because of its siblings like "Westin" and "W". Clearly this is the red-headed stepchild of the Starwood program. It's a holiday inn with a higher price tag.”

“The hotel is in the process of renovating, and there is some disruption from that. The staff at the desk seems poorly trained, and is extremely slow! A couple came up when my son and I were being checked in, and they said they had gone to the room they were just assigned, and it was filthy! I was in line behind two people who were being waited on by two desk clerks, and out of nowhere another woman showed up to the side and needed help. The clerk, asked who was next, and I said, "I was," and he said, "Oh no, Ms.? is next." I apologized to the woman, but I believe the clerk was rude. If he knew who was next he should have said so! He proceeded to wait on the woman (who obviously was with a large group) and they had a very long conversation about a myriad of issues. There should be someone special who handles the group business, so the regular patrons can get through the desk in a reasonable amount of time.”

“All in all the hotel was a good value. The staff was extremely good, and very responsive to my needs. The food was fairly good, but not great, and the amenities in the room itself were nothing special. It is not quite a three star hotel.”

“This is a nice hotel and we certainly would be happy to return but they need to upgrade the way in which the hotel is maintained. On the last night we were there, the heating system failed and we did not have any heat during a very cold night. The heat had not been restored when we left at 10:00 AM. The housekeeping staff seemed "clueless"-did not provide bath soap, coffee for coffee maker. They had these things but just seemed to forget to provide them.”

“Very elegant hotel, but difficult to get to in rush hour traffic. Staff is generally pleasant. Be sure to review your bill carefully, since the accounting department is prone to double billing. They will fix it if you ask them, but you shouldn't have to ask.”
