• Clean and plenty of hot water.

“I think for the price paid we received good value. However, I was very concerned when I checked in to learn they only accept dogs, not cats. Fortunately the clerk was very compassionate when I told her I had just driven 300 miles and she agreed to let me stay with my cat as long as I kept her caged. This was not a problem for the cat is very old and prefers the security of her cage when we travel.”

• I felt my life was in danger the whole trip.
• It was dirty and cops were there every night.

“When I got to the hotel I wanted to cry. It was dirty, and I really thought I might catch something just from my room. The cops were there every night and I was afraid for my safety. Do not stay here.”

• Friendly staff.
• Horrible Internet. Other patrons making noise in parking lot after midnight. Essentially no breakfast.

“You get what you pay for. Room was ok and price was good. Internet was so bad, as a business traveler, I will not go back. I was on the 800 help line most of the day (3 times at least). When the internet disconnected the final time I just gave up. This is not a horrible part of town but not great either. The motel was also full of road workers who generally drank and made noise in the parking lot till about 1am. All in all a bad stay. You get what you pay for.”

• The room had air-conditioning.
• The room was not very clean.

“Could be cleaner but looked worse than it was as the bathtub was marred. There were plenty of towels. I expect Econo Lodge to be simple but clean. I also expect personnel to be pleasant, and the clerk was adequate but brisk. Clientele were noisy but quieted down at a reasonable hour. There is a right turn only when leaving the property but was relatively easy to turn around.”

• Our ability to check-in late; I called ahead, and they were very professional.
• That the bathroom didn't have extra toilet paper; no iron in room, and breakfast consist of dry bread and watered down orange juice.

• The room odor was terrible- cock roaches in the air conditioner.

“I was very disappointed in the hotel. The room odor was terrible when we asked for another room we were given an excuse not another room. The room was not very clean. Cock roaches were coming out of the air conditioner . I would not stay in this hotel again.”

• Nothing at all, terrible experience.
• The room was filthy, the tub had a huge crack in it..

“I am very disappointed with my stay at Econo Lodge. I've stayed in other Econos before that were fine but this one had stained walls, filthy carpet and a cracked tub. I was afraid to even shower or put my kids in it.”
