• The location is good. It is on highway 20 right above the lake and near restaurants.
• The hotel is run down, not as clean or cared for as it should be.

“The hotel is centrally located and provides a simple but nice continental breakfast. It is run down with worn blankets, somewhat unclean. Its a bit over priced for the condition.”

“I was very disappointed in this trip. Not only had I booked it for us but also for another couple. I was embarrassed for your company and for the fact that I had booked such sleazy rooms for us and ruined our vacation. The room on our return to Sturbridge was very nice and we enjoyed our stay and our time there.”

• Most of the lights in the room didn't work!

• Clean, safe, good location, open parking.
• Receptionist unfriendly, indifferent.

“Solid, clean, basic----really what I was looking for. Would love some coupons/vouchers for this hotel and/or some like it. Provide basic needs at a reasonable price. Good location, safe, clean, open parking- just a one-night stays. Thank you.”

• The early check-in, and I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me one.
• There was no pool.

“Excellent place to stay. The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. The staff recommended a great place to eat and told us about some local activities going on that night. I would stay there again.”
