• Close to the appointment I had the next day.
• Smell.

“Too expensive for the room, bathroom door opened in causing no space in the bathroom, most TV channels worked, the room had a musty odor and the bathroom smelled like mold, the bed was comfortable, the pillow perfect (which means too soft for most people), my control of the temperature was good as it was actually a number of degrees.”

• Nothing.
• The heat was broken, I froze to death.

“During my stay the heater stopped working (it's January). The management claimed there was nothing wrong with the heat. They didn't even offer to put in a new heater unit or change my room.”

• It was dirty and paint was peeling. The bathroom was gross.
