- They allowed me to get hot chocolate at 10:00 at night!
- Pillows were lumpy!
“This hotel was perfect for our overnight needs while at a conference. It was conveniently located, the room was very large and comfortable and the amenities and toiletries were very useful. The staff was warm and friendly, and the continental breakfast was excellent. Great visit!”

- The staff did a good job with check-in and check-out.
- Air conditioners in our room and through out the building were the noisiest we have ever experienced. Horrible.
“The air conditioner in our room was so extremely loud that we could not sleep. The noise level of the air conditioning in the hallway was also extremely loud. It was as if nobody on the staff had any idea that hotel HVAC systems should be reasonably quiet. In the Potomac Mills area, stay away from Best Western unless you can tolerate very loud noise while you sleep.”
