• Great front staff and well maintained.
• Nothing!

“I checked in late and the woman acted as if she knew who I was! I had a great 1st floor room with easy parking availability to my room. Clean, fresh and very quiet. Check out was a snap, only down fall was limited hours at the pool.”

• Location to Metro.
• Room dirty on check in.

“The check in was very smooth. When we got to our room, the door was ajar. One bed had been slept in. There was used soap in the soap dish and a used towel. There was garbage in the can and there was a used glass.”

• Loved the computer area for hotel guests and outdoor couches.
• The Jacuzzi was not working that day.

“Loved the hotel. It was convenient to I-66 and located next to stores. The room was nice with mini fridge. Nice clean spacious bathroom, granite countertops. The common area of the hotel is nice w/ free internet/computer use, digital flat touch screen map, starbucks, and casual restaurant w/ great food. Outdoor lounge area w/ couches & fire pit. Indoor pool. Nice hotel staff.”

• Dark rooms, sheets looked dirty.

“Great public spaces - warm colors, common area had great flat screen TVs, food service, business center. Rooms were darker, normal TVs, and the bed linens looked wrinkled and unkempt. Bathroom was ok.”

• Very clean and comfortable.
• Breakfast prices seemed high.

“This is a clean, comfortable, roomy hotel for a very reasonable price. It is also a very convenient location. We took advantage of the whirlpool and pool but did not eat in the on-site cafe since the prices seemed a little high, given the number of restaurants readily available in the area. The staff was helpful and courteous.”

• The continental breakfast was far more extensive than I had expected.
• There was some noise from the hallway and nearby rooms that I could hear in my room.

“A great value for the price. Although the lobby was under construction which meant a little more walking around through the hotel to get to the front desk and breakfast room, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.”

• Great value for the money.
• Re construction underway. Carpet glue, plaster dust. Lobby/breakfast area displaced.

“Hotel was undergoing reconstruction. Much of hotel was displaced. Power outages for hours and dust everywhere. Excellent value and location.”

• Were working on lobby area -- some "dust" to contend with.

• Good breakfast, clean rooms.
• Going through remodeling.

“Staff was friendly, free breakfast was good as it included eggs and bacon/sausage as well as a "regular" continental breakfast. However, the last morning the bacon was really burnt, some of it inedible. Also, as it was going through remodeling, the main entrance was closed off so you had to enter the side entrance. Just a temporary inconvenience.”

• There was nothing that I liked about this hotel.
• Under renovation.

“This hotel is under major renovation. In the shape that it's in, this hotel should be closed until the renovation is done. It in no way shape or form represents the courtyard by Marriott brand. It's a disgrace.”

• The people were friendly and helpful.
• Under renovation. Front lobby closed. Separation of buildings was a little bothersome. You had to leave one to get to the other for the office.

“I look forward to seeing it after renovation. I think the construction was being handled as well as possible however and the staff helped to make the inconvenience less bothersome.”

“The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and wonderful complimentary breakfast with fruit, cereal, eggs, and juices. I didn't like that I couldn't use the pool in the morning. It is only open during the weekdays from 5pm 10pm because the county requires a lifeguard to be on duty when the pool is open. So I missed out on the nice pool/hot tub.”

“Hotel staff was not accommodating on a room change request. The hotel is also under renovation with construction in the main lobby and eating areas. The hotel parking lot entrance and exit is awkward and requires leaving from different exits.”

• Good location, easy to get to and from in busy area.
• Guests not offered full hospitality and given less attractive rooms.

“I do not like being treated as a second class guest. This hotel would not give me my Marriott points, and would not give me my usual king room and did not pay enough for full hospitality. The hotel is also under construction and is not up to par while torn apart and in temporary offices. Not a good experience.”
