• Comfortable, smart, clean with no unnecessary frills. Has everything I need.
• Breakfast choice was limited but that's par for the course.

“Compared with other hotels at this level it was smart and clean which set the tone for the whole experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable more so than the more expensive hotels I had recently stayed in with their superfluous pillows, extra thick quilts and under quilts which are a pain. They seen to be trying too hard and getting it wrong (the others).”

“Very friendly staff courteous, and they understand the needs of people traveling from the airport we will definitely re book for a stay during our trip to the Bahamas; we stay in Richmond the night before we leave, so they'll get our business again to be sure.”

• The staff was excellent and the room good for the money.
• The breakfast was not good; microwave powdered eggs are gross.

“Great for the money. Good access to airport and freeways. Watch out for the surrounding neighborhood. It didn't look. Not much by way of dining close to the hotel.”

• The hotel was clean and very convenient.
• There is not an elevator in the hotel and we had to stay on the second floor. My husband is handicap.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help in any way they could. It was clean and lived up to the rating that I requested. The only complaint I have is that it should be clear when you make your reservations that they do not have an elevator. Guest should request a first floor room if they are handicap or cannot climb the stairs. Thanks”

“Clean, courteous and well located. No elevator to second floor. Some of the other guests decided to have a domestic dispute at 3A.M.”
