• Great room.
• No free breakfast. Exorbitant telephone, internet, bottled water, coffee prices. Priceline needs to include them at time of booking the room.

• Comfort.
• No pop machines.

“This hotel is in a very nice area. There are restaurants in the area. The hotel is conveniently located near Dulles airport, the Air and Space Museum, and the Dulles Expo Center. This is a good business hotel.”

“It's a nice clean hotel. They have nice facilities - I did not use the pool, but it looks nice. The exercise room is nice and the rooms are clean and modern.”

• Airport parking and friendly staff.
• Shabby condition of our room.

“The room was shabbier than hotel category would suggest. Two lamps were repaired with scotch tape and bathroom appliances are showing some age. Outdoor pool was cold but nice but closed very early at 8:00.”

• Too long of a wait for shuttle.

“Meals were very expensive, shuttle wait was long, hotel was clean and room was very nice. Comfortable bed, wake up call by a real person, extra charge for internet, no paper delivered to room.”

• Good airport access with free shuttle.
• Unable to get any hot food late at night (11pm).

“We use this as our airport hotel because we live over 2 hours from airport. We often go over the night before or stay a night on return due to Washington traffic, airport security time etc. Free airport shuttle is great for getting to/from airport and no parking fees.”

• Felt a little corporate.

“Friendly front desk staff. We were in town for a family religious ceremony and didn't bring an umbrella - front desk offered one without asking and even offered to drive our car up from the lot to the cover.”

• Very accommodating staff, quick shuttles from IAD.
• No place to go for a walk. No sidewalks, just roads.

“Super place to crash near the airport. They provide transportation to Reston Town Center which has a movie theater, many restaurants, and wonderful shopping. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I would have loved to have seen a nice walking/jogging path near the hotel but there were none. They had a nice pool and the rooms were clean. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are on business. Ah, if you don't have your laptop, several computers are in the lobby with free internet access. Also, there are wonderful cookies near the door when you walk in.”
