• Everything else.

“My self and a coworker stayed at this hotel. My room had a rodent dropping in the bed and dirty dishes. The refrigerator barely worked. The carpet was filthy and bed sheets dirty. My friends room had ants and a broken burner on the cook top. The high speed internet is very slow and they will ban you if you use too much bandwidth. So forget games or you tube videos. Also the channel selection is bare minimum. The hotel was cheap and the location is great for a Washington commute compared to other extended stays in the area but it isn't worth it.”

• The room was dirty and very poorly kept.

“While the location was convenient, the rooms are not terribly spacious and are not kept clean. Found hair, dirty carpet and powder on one of the chair. Pillows were like tortillas flat! Bedding was unattractive and scratchy. One lamp did not properly function. Was ok for sleeping for the night but not for extended stay.”

“Upon arrival, room dirty. Changed to another room. Next morning could not shower because broken. Changed again to another room. Will never stay there again.”

• It had a nice and stocked kitchenette.
• The room was a smoking room. I did not select a smoking room.

“It was very well located. If staying here come from the south or you will need to U-turn to enter the hotel parking. The kitchen was stocked with all that you need to cook with.”

• My hotel bldg. was well off the highway.
• The access was possible from only one highway direction.

“Compact, no-frills. A bottle of shampoo would've been nice. At least there was soap.”

• Maintenance and housekeeping is shoddy.

“When we checked in, the first thing was the very strong odor in the room. Staff was friendly to change rooms but the second room had the same odor (almost felt like the rooms had a water leak and the musty smell just didn't go anywhere) but to a lesser degree. Bathroom was nasty. Still had used trash in the garbage from previous occupant. This is an extended stay hotel so its expected that certain signs of use after someone stays there long but housekeeping needed to have cleaned up before someone else stayed there. Overall, I have stayed with this chain before but this one was definitely way worse in cleanliness and housekeeping than any of them.”

• The Location is convenient for my work.
• Ants in the rooms.

“The hotel staff was not very accommodating at the best! While waiting in line to express my concerns with the ant problem twice during my stay there. I heard numerous complaints from all of the guests about a wide range of problems. The whole hotel should be closed down and bombed for insects to begin with! I do have one good thing to report. Staff on duty really tried to please me; however, the hotel failed to remedy the ant problem! He tried very hard and was polite after getting remedied by guest after guest.”

“The hotel was extremely dirty inside my room, leaves where all over the carpet. Could not locate a trash can in the room to dispose of my trash. The shower had bad water pressure.”

• The sofa was old, sagging, and dirty. The dryer in the bathroom did not work. We had to ask for soap, there was none in the room when we arrived.

• Very dirty, ants, unreliable staff.

“Hotel was okay. Staff messed up countless time and gave us expired key cards. Carpet was so dirty/greasy that we had to wear shoes all of the time. Bathroom had old used/dirty towel in it and ants. Kitchenette did not have enough utensils.”
