• It was convenient, economical and a nice hotel.
• To be honest, it had no character.

“The hotel is a nice business hotel with a good location for businesses in Herndon and Reston. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is easy to find and good access to Reston town center as well and old town Herndon.”

• Good breakfast!
• The beds were not as comfortable as I had expected.

“The hotel was a very good value, a family friendly place where our family of four spent a couple nights. The beds were not bad; they could have been more comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Over all it was what one would expect.”

• Polite and friendly staff.
• Nothing was bad - it was as good as we expected it to be.

“The motel is conveniently located for travelers flying from Dulles Airport. For the price of parking at Dulles Airport, you get a night's rest, a decent breakfast and a week of free parking at this motel. We have stayed there on several occasions and would not hesitate to recommend it to other travelers.”

• They had a shuttle to the Dullas airport.
• Bed was not that comfortable.

• Would have been nice to have something on offer for breakfast at 5 am when I had to go to the airport.

• The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean.
• The only thing I didn't like was when I asked one of the staff members how to use the treadmill, she had no idea and walked away.

“It turns out you need to go to the lobby and pick up a key to use the treadmill.”

• Very good continental breakfast.
• Hotel is somewhat dark and yellowish inside.

“Not very well decorated, but adequate, hotel along a busy expressway, with little to do nearby. Continental breakfast is fairly good, including fruit and fresh waffles.”

• Location.
• Most everything.

“It is not typical of a nice Comfort Inn. It seemed old and dingy. Poorly decorated, headboards crooked, pictures not centered over beds, low quality bedding, dark rooms. It was a little less than mediocre in my opinion. Not up to par for the Comfort Inns in which I've stayed.”

• Hotel was clean and continental breakfast was great.
• The bed was uncomfortable.

“The first room we were assigned smelled very Smokey and it was a non-smoking room. We asked for a different room and the front desk staff was very accommodating and apologetic and immediately changed our room. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was really good. The only downfall, was the bed was uncomfortable. Maybe we just got one bad bed. The overall stay was very good and we would stay there again.”

• Great food and portions.
• A little pricey for what we got.

“I own a trucking company with my brother. I was along with 4 of our trucks hauling into the new Lowes store. It was across the street so we went to have breakfast after delivering. The staff were very friendly and service was great. The food had generous portions and was truly home cooked. The bill averaged about $10.00 a piece for the breakfast.”

• I liked everything about the hotel.

• It was clean and reasonably appointed.
• One of the supposedly secure doors was propped open, and on another one the card reader was broken.

“It certainly was acceptable for what I paid. Not great, but more than acceptable. The only negative I experienced was beyond the control of the motel: the exuberant and loud high school band that stayed there for the Cherry Blossom Festival.”

“The door caught in the doorjam and made tremendous noise when opened/closed. Not even local calls are free (completely unacceptable for a business stay, especially). The electrical wallplate for a socket at the head of the bed was missing; the light and clock would not stay completely plugged-in--the outlet is a fire hazard. I was placed in a smoking room. The heater/AC blows up, rather than out, so the curtain is continuously blowing open (I was in a ground floor room, and this was the second room I was place in)”
