• The room had a several kitchen appliances, including a full refrigerator.
• The continental breakfast was limited and not available on the weekend.

“A limited service hotel with kitchenettes, outdoor pool, and exercise room. Daily maid service is available for an additional charge, otherwise you need to exchange towels and get bathroom supplies at the front desk. Good access to expressway.”

• It was really nice, had everything we needed and more.
• That the pool was closed, but that was the county ordinance, so its not the hotels fault.

• We can fix breakfast in the kitchen, which saves our time to go out and look for a place for breakfast.
• The internet needs extra fee. Actually, we only need a couple of minutes to check the email.

“It is easy to be found and close to the DC. But nobody cleaned our room and added the coffee bag when we came back. I think the staff should do some cleaning if we stay more than two days.”

• It was close to work.
• Very loud and noisy.

“Family across the hall had kids and a dog, when they took the dog for its walk, the kids would run up and down the hallway and yell. The dog would bark at all times of the night when someone would walk down the hallway. The father (I guess) would yell at the kids and dog until late at night.”

• No working phone. We needed 2 beds, not a bed and a pullout sofa.

• The noise of refrigerator in room.

“Satisfied. No continental breakfast 1st morning, plus workers were sanding & painting entrance area all covered with sheets. Room was not cleaned very good, dirt all around floor boards.”

“I was very disappointed w/this hotel I was asked to pay an additional $10 $12 for a king size bed but 1st was told there were no bed available but I would pay then I could get king bed! The hotel staff was not accommodating at all nor did I get the opportunity to speak w/a manager during the entire time they were off campus and could not be reaching! Very dissatisfied!”

“Room was not completely clean. Too much furniture, very cramped. However, there was a kitchen to cook in but nowhere to eat a desk with one chair for one person, no where but the bed or couch for the 2nd person.”

• Corridor needed more than one cleanup per day.

“Good value for the dollar. The room was clean and the kitchenette was properly equipped. My main complaint about most rental rooms is that the AC unit fan is excessively noisy, this one is no exception.”

• Too much odor from cigarettes, so-so continental breakfast.

“Nice location close to major shopping mall. Room was okay but was very cramped accommodations. For the area of town it was in, price was deemed acceptable.”

• I liked the kitchenette and kitchen table.
• The room was rather cramped, extra charge for maid service.

“This hotel met my needs, and was a good rate for the area. The staff was very friendly. Be aware that maid service is not included in the price. The room was small and had an awkward layout. The clock radio volume control was broken, but my wake up calls came through without a problem. Best for business or short stays, not comfy enough for a special or lengthy vacation.”

• Limited pool hours, only bagels, apples and coffee for breakfast Monday through Friday, and weekly housekeeping.

“Was just simply disappointed with this hotel. As a hotel that caters to the business traveler, they are doing everything possible not to have repeat business. Limited pool hours (2pm-7pm), a mon-fri breakfast limited to plain/sesame bagels, apples, and coffee and the rooms weren't very clean to start. I do not recommend this hotel albeit the chain. Maybe there are others within the chain that is in better condition.”

• There is lots of scope of improvement with regard to amenities & the breakfast.

“The stay overall was good. The staff are very helpful and friendly but plan for your own breakfast as what is being served as complimentary breakfast is of very poor quality and please do not depend on their washing & drying facilities.”
