• Staff was very nice and helpful decor nice food good.
• Smoke smell in non-smoking room.

“This hotel is located near the places you want to go and close to the med center. The hotel is nice does not have elevator to top floor but that was ok. My first room was located next to stairs where I asked no to be, also it was smoky smelling but non smoke room when I sat on the bed to tipped over the bottom platform was broken, I called the staff and they put in another room still had a bit of smoke smell but you can tell they tried to deodorize it (since you can't do much for rooms that people are not supposed to smoke in) it was off the hallway stairs which I also liked the decor of the rooms are great with granite vanity top dark wood drawers nice bedding and the bed was very nice pillows very comfy I had a very good nights sleep. The free breakfast was also very good with Belgium waffles and such. I would stay there again if I had to go back some things weren't there fault and they where very friendly staff and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, reasonably priced.
• Beds were too soft, no coffee pot in the room.

“Conveniently located to the campus of ECU. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice quiet area. The room had a slight odor, not offensive, almost like carpet cleaning solution and otherwise was very clean.”

• There is nothing I did not like.

• Lobby small but inviting and clean, the room was clean.
• Bathroom was a bit small to me. The sheets were clean but a big dingy.

“Hotel was clean, staff friendly, bathroom a bit small. Continental breakfast was good. Area quiet.”
