- Very friendly & efficient staff- clean room
- No high speed internet - No Fox News Channel - Tobacco odor in hall
“The Frederick hotels offering internet were booked up (wonder why). It is impossible for a business traveler to function with a dial up system. Then I discovered the Fox News Channel was not offered (Possible political statement by management?) There was a very strong odor of stale tobacco in the hall although the room was very clean.
The employees were very friendly and did a great job taking care of customers.”
