• Not in a nice and safe area.
• The room was small with two beds the coffee maker was old the air conditionier fell off of the wall bad experience.

• The convenience of checking in and out, big comfortable room.
• No refrigerator in the room, no room service after breakfast.

“My wife and I came to Bettendorf to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This hotel was a wonderful getaway. The room was quiet and clean and very comfortable. We especially liked the ability to choose our pillows from a "pillow menu"!”

• Good location.
• Tedious registration process, very ordinary appearance, not attractive place, boring. No space.

“Not good for family vacation. Only good for traveler who does not care about the quality and service of the hotel. Price is relatively high comparing to its facility.”

• Smoked in room, non smoker needs some updating.

• Staff was helpful and attentive.
• The place could use some maintenance. I'm a non smoker, room probably had been smoke in.

“Room was reasonably spacious, 2.5' square refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and iron fixings. It really needs at least 2 - 3 more electrical outlets. Wireless & internet access 15 minutes if busy.”

• It's closeness to the interstate.
• Rude and non English speaking employees behind desk.

“Hotel was not as bad as I thought it to be! I had a few problems with the staff and getting checked in! Check in took 30 minutes and the guy behind the counter could not speak/understand English very well! The housekeeping personnel rang the phone at 7am to ask if we needed housekeeping! The "free breakfast" consisted of coffee flavored water and a dough nut. Do not stay here to have a good experience! Stay here because it is cheap! On the Upside! They did have awesome bathroom samples! Axe and Oil of Olay body washes. And they did have microwaves and refrigerators in the room! Good luck to all travelers who stumble across this hotel!”

“The only good thing about this hotel was that it was located immediately off the highway. The hotel was in a bad location. There was a glass shield surrounding the front desk. You have to ring a doorbell to get into the hotel after hours. There is no elevator. Hairs were in the towels.”

• It was close to Greyhound bus terminal and free laundry facilities.
• Cleanliness of the room and bathroom facilities was questionable.

“The staff was extremely helpful, but staff is not always present and AWOL. You have to ring for someone to come and help you. The bathroom is not sanitized and used toiletries is left for you use when you arrive. Not a very nice way to remember your stay at this hotel.”
