Clean, classy, and was comfortable.
Door handle in bathroom was silver, every other fixture was brass.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing and
everything was great.

Room had an outside balcony.
Food in the hotel restaurant was not good.

It was the best location for downtown Richmond.

“This is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly every time we called. We could not smell smoke at all, and our friends with us didn't even know it was a smoking room. We loved this hotel and hope to stay here again sometime.”

Convenient location in downtown.
Water was cut off on last night so you could not shower or use bathroom. Parking is a pain.

“Water was cut off on last night so in morning could not shower or use bathroom. Staff was not empowered to do anything. They said Manager would call to discuss and after almost a week have not heard one word.”
