• All the rooms are broken. The air conditioner is broken, the remote controls are broken.

• The mini equipped kitchen.
• Did not have GAC or TVL and channels.

“Even for a studio the room had plenty of room. The mini kitchen had basic utensils, plates, skillet and sauce pan- bring your own food and save $ not eating out. The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location convenient to major highway. Well worth the money. I highly recommend.”

“I never was to a hotel like this before. The manager was rude and not friendly at all. I never was treated like this before in my whole life. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone at all.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• This hotel was very dirty and rundown. The outside looked nice but the rooms were disgusting.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was very friendly but the house keeping was awful. The rooms were dirty and very ran-down looking. The kitchen looked like it had not had a good clean since the hotel opened. The sheets had stains and the carpet were so bad you didn't want to walk on it (even with shoes).”

• Outside doors instead of hallways.
• Curtains didn't close all the way.

“It was a very safe, quiet area. I was able to park right near the door to my room, which was an outside door, so I didn't have to walk in the entrance, down a hall, etc. There was cheap gas nearby and great restaurants right around the corner.”

“Staff was a bit short - hotel is short staffed, and manager was calling in while desk clerk was trying to take care of customers checking in - on her break time!”

• It is conveniently located to reach Dulles airport.
• There was some light bad smell in the room probably from the kitchen.

“It is conveniently located and allowed me to reach Dulles airport shortly to pick up my sister in law who landed from Los Angeles at 6.00 am in the morning.”

• Excellent services.
• Location not walkable to ay shopping malls, recreation centers aside from a few restaurants.

“I am staying in Homestead Suites along with my husband who is in town for business. I am very comfortable in the suite enjoying the high speed wireless internet and complimentary hot breakfast buffet and dinner reception daily. In addition there is a helpful business center complete with printer/fax/copy machine. The staff is very helpful and the rooms quite comfortable including kitchen just like a home away from home. P.S. I like the whole duck symbolism (Ducks adapt to all environment land, water etc. cute).”

• Quite clean and roomy for a one star, refrigerator.
• Newer pans.

“This hotel, though only one star, was better than some 2 star hotels I have stayed in. Probably the only problem we had was a pan being rather worn. They said they had already ordered new ones.”

• Climate control, kitchen, first floor location.

“I work at a show very close by, so the location is excellent for us. I had a lot of items to bring in and out, and the front desk staff was kind enough to accommodate our request for first floor, it was majorly important. Kitchen works great, I requested some pots and a remote control, the request was handled immediately . The climate control was responsive and not noisy as some are. Very comfortable stay. Room not big, but bed was fine, comfortably equipped; and also had a hair dryer.”

“If you are traveling on business, this is a reasonably priced hotel in a great location. It has a kitchen, nearby stores, eateries. It could easily be a place to stay for longer than a few days.”

• Needs renovation but at this price, I can't complain. Understaffed.
