• We did not get any type of room services for that 3 night stand.

• It was very clean.
• The service was horrible.

“Extended Stay Hotels should not be called a hotel at all. There is no service whatsoever after a certain time at night. Also, there were a lot of times that there wasn't an attendant at the front desk.”

• The room was filthy.
• The hotel was filthy. Inside and outside.

“This hotel was not what I expected. The common area on the outside and in the lobby as well as the halls were filthy. The rooms were nasty. There was stains on the sheets, the carpet and all over the bathroom floor.”

• It is noisy because it is near a McDonalds.

• It had a kitchenette.
• It lacked in facilities totally.

“Location is great. Nice to have a kitchenette. No extra pillows available even though hotel was pretty empty. Many times no one available at front desk. They offer no pool, no restaurant, and no amenities at all.”

• Comfortable recliner in the room.
• Bathroom could have been cleaner. Hair on floor.

• It felt as if you had your out of town apartment. No one bothered you.
• It would have been great to have more information about the town i.e.: grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc.

“I would highly recommend anyone to stay at a Extended Stay Hotel. I felt all the staff was helpful, friendly.”

• Simple, basic efficiency style rooms. Extra firm bed. Clean and quiet.

“This is a great hotel for travelers, tourists, or business people that need a simple, clean, comfortable room at the end of the day. There is a small work-space (desk) and a simple kitchenette with micro-wave if you want to heat up a quick meal. Not a place to impress clients if you are expecting a grand lobby and entryway- it’s basic, but tasteful. Efficient staff and check-in for my stay. I'd stay here again in a minute.”

• Nothing.
• It was unclean and smelly.

“This Extended Stay America was disgraceful! The first night, we found cigarette burns in the bed sheets and mold all over the shower curtain. Once moved to another room, the second room still had a moldy shower curtain, the water didn't run down the shower drain, and it smelled terrible. I wouldn't send another person to this place. Ever!”

• Did not provide fresh towels every day.

“The first room we were given was on the 3rd floor but the room had not been cleaned. The hallway was full of screaming and crying children. We were given another room on the 4th floor which was quiet and clean.”
