• Room was large, clean and close to interstate.
• Free WiFi was intermittent at the best.

“I chose this hotel primarily for proximity to places I needed to go on my trip. It was only a couple of blocks from I-95 and there were few local places to eat close by. It was basically a bare-bones roadhouse away from everything except the highway, but all parts of the city were easy to get to by car from the hotel. The free WiFi was dismal, even though I was given the room that supposedly had the best reception. The room was large and clean, and there was a nice desk to work at, and the small fridge and microwave were appreciated.”

• Fairly new and clean. Larger than average bathroom.
• Asked for non-smoking room and was given smoking room and was not told.

“I asked for a non-smoking room and the staff assigned me the room without telling me that he was giving me a smoking room. I came back after realizing that I had been given a smoking room and asked for another room and was told that there did not have any. I have the feeling that they had non-smoking rooms available. We had to leave the room very early in the morning because we could not stand the heavy smell. Not a good experience.”

• Extremely loud a/c-heat unit. Made us pay for the safe in the room $1.70 per night, stayed last year and did not have to pay this.

“Why can they charge for a safe they installed in every room and make us pay a separate fee even if it is not needed?”

• Construction workers using hotel. Found dirt from shoes left in lobby, hall ways and elevators.

• Clean.
• Sink barely drained, continental breakfast was very poor.

“A bare essentials hotel, the continental breakfast was abysmal; the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. With the exception of the non draining sink and the truly embarrassing breakfast it was ok. The microwave and fridge in the room were a nice surprise and no doubt helpful for a longer term stay. It was clean.”

• The price.
• When you get in the room, the A/C is off. Sheets were torn. Little shampoo bottle was half empty/used.

• All inside hallways.
• Breakfast area very small.

“The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. But when we needed a set of sheets for the sleeper sofa the night staff was not so friendly. She told us we only paid for one bed and that since we went through a third party we would have to pay through them for an extra set of sheets. We had told the lady at check-in that there were three of us, and she had no problem with that. One thing that I did not like about your site ,we couldn't put in that there were going to be three of us. Otherwise things went well, and the hotel was nice.”

• Broken room door, clogged tub, dirty rags on sink, sunken couch in room, some lights in room not working.

“Not a good room at all. In need of repairs to plumbing, front door unable to be secured properly, light bulbs out, couch worn out. ”

“Very clean, friendly staff, large rooms with very comfortable bedding. Very convenient to I-95. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay there again.”

• Hard to get into parking lot, no key access, only main entrance.

“Nice clean, well-cared for hotel. Staff wasn't overly friendly but was helpful when needed. Somewhat difficult to access hotel parking lot when coming from the mall area because there's only one small entrance area to the parking lot. You have to enter through main lobby at night, no key access through side doors. Still, a nice no-frills place to stay at a fair price¿”

• They provide free breakfast, but no staff had ever told me about it. I just realized when I saw.
