“I just wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I was carried away by the brand name Holiday Inn and it did not live up to the standards in every respect.”

• Did not feel as safe as I'd have liked with young children with me.

“Hotel was what a business traveler would expect. I would not feel comfortable having a female co-worker, family or wife go out to the car alone.”

• Easy to get too, right off highway
• Staff doesn't seem to care at ALL.

“Arrived late Thursday night, toilet ran all night long, couldn't stop it. Friday morning, pulled back shower curtain, 6 inches of filthy water, were in Richmond on business, couldn't shower. Friday afternoon, someone came to drain the water, left a ring of filth in tub. Asked 2 times Friday night for someone to clean it. No one did it. Internet access did not work in room. Was told on Sunday to access internet in lobby. Could not drag all customer files and printers to the lobby, that's why need it in ROOM. Saturday night, waited over and hour after ordering for dinner to arrive. Sunday, tub still filthy, shower curtain and shower wall corners still covered in black mold, pink slime and that ring of filth still there. Complained and nothing. Asked for 2 nights credit for the MAJOR hassle. No response. MAJOR UNHAPPY.”
