• Convenient location.
• People hanging out in the parking lot, even though police was around.

• I'm sorry I can't.
• Ceiling in hall dripping water, room/hallway/elevator smelled like stale cigerets, bathroom so small you had to turn sideways to close door.

“I would not recommend this hotel. I would also re evaluate your star system. Yes the hotel was close to some area attractions but I would have driven further just to stay in a better hotel.”

• Inexpensive.
• In a bad area.

“The hotel needs some sort of visible security presence because the area is so bad. I was worried about my car in the parking lot overnight and wouldn't have left on foot to go anywhere.”

• The breakfast was actually much better than I thought it would be.
• The room had clearly been smoked in.

“I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were not clean, especially the bathroom and they had clearly been smoked in. The front desk staff was very friendly though.”

• The breakfast.

“I was early and they found a room that I could relax in ASAP. I was working all night so it was like a dream come true to get into the room just a bit early. I was able to enjoy the waffles, I was very happy with this hotel, and the price.”

• The housekeeping staff was very friendly.
• Room was dirty. One light bulb nearly caught on fire!

“The newly renovated downstairs was very nice. My room was old and very dirty as there was mold, "gunk" on the walls and soiled carpet. The double bed was comfortable for one person.”

• It was very convenient to where I was visiting.
• There was no air conditioning. The room was hot.

“There were signs saying that they were remodeling the hotel, so I¿m hopeful that it would be better in the future. My husband is hesitant to stay there the next time we go to Richmond, however, because I reported to him that the room was uncomfortably warm the night I stayed there.”
