• The pool was very nice.
• Room had no soap, cat food on the floor and rubber bands on the floor. Apparently it wasn't cleaned well before we arrived. The room was very hot!

“Room was hot. A/C wasn't' cooling the room properly. Cat or dog food was on the floor. Rubber bands were on the floor. No soap in the shower or sink area. This leads me to believe the room wasn't cleaned properly. We had to be moved to another room.”

• They try to accommodate.
• No air-conditioning.

“There was no air-conditioner, they fixed, still none, they changed my room to half the size and still none and then the manager, thankfully gave me the room ordered and was not given, and it was beautiful and air conditioned. I slept like a new born babe!”

• Was very nice looking, towels at pool.
• The housekeeping staff was horrible, and the room service food was barely edible for the price.

“The hotel looked nice, and the hallways were clean. The location is great, close to shopping and eating. The maid did not come by the first day of our stay. On the second day we ordered room service for breakfast, the food was horrible and over priced. Then we went to the pool, when we returned housekeeping still had not come by and the food dishes were still there. On top of it all we stayed four nights, I gave them my credit card for room service, movies, etc. Upon checkout I received a bill that stated they charged my card $189. When I returned home I checked my account on line and found they put a $350 hold on my account for 10 days, this is crazy. ”
