• Friendly staff, clean rooms, and hot coffee.
• The door on our room would not latch properly, we found the room half open three times during our 2-day stay.

“Excellent value for the price. Our stay was very affordable and the room has several amenities that you would not expect for the price: microwave, coffee, free internet, etc. The staff was friendly. We had a small problem with the lock on our door, but the staff was very helpful. Breakfast could use a few more options and they really mean it at 10AM they pack it up fast.”

• Clean and Comfortable
• No sign at the corner; if you weren't looking for it you would pass it.

“I was only in Richmond for a day but the one night my fiance and I stayed at this hotel, it was nice. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to help and the room was clean. It was very worth the price!”

• Good service.

“Everything was great. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. They also had free internet service and computers you could use and prints things out at.”

• It is convenient to most restaurants and malls.
• Even though it was a non smoking room it still smell of smoke.

“I think the commendations were satisfactory. It is a nice hotel for the money.”

• Location.
• Musty, cigarette smoke smell.

“I got a good price compared to what the asking price was, but it was an awful place to stay. The hotel had a musty smell. And the floor I stayed on reeked of stale cigarettes and mildew. In addition the sink had a broken towel hanger in the sink, I can only assume the cleaners had found it and left it there for repairs. The room temperature was okay, and the a/c worked pretty well. The smell and feel of the room ruined my experience.”

• Friendly Staff.
• Pillows and Blanket.

“The hotel was clean and in good repair. The only thing I felt wasn't of my liking were the pillows (which were very thin) and the blanket (which was inexpensive and scratchy).”

• I have no complaints.

“I had a great experience with this stay! The price was right and so was the location. The hotel was clean even though they were working on parts of it and the staff was very friendly. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay!”
