• The location.
• The whole hotel was just cheesy.

• Convenient to highway, close to decent food
• A little noisy at times, (it's pet friendly) dog barking

“It was a pleasent suprise for a Best Western, clean,a small refrigerator and microwave, would stay there again.Ask for and received a non smoking room.”

• Location was good.
• Hotel room had a stale odor to it.

“Hotel at night was very noisy. kids were running up and down the hall until 3:30 in the morning. The room was smelling of a stale odor. I would not recommend best Western to any of my friends.”

• Nothing.

“Hotel was fine for one night stay. Location was good, free breakfast was fine, newspapers were available at check in desk, WiFi availability worked, room was clean and attractive. Check in & out was quick.”

• Friendly staff, stocked breakfast setup, convenient and fairly quiet location, quiet room.
• Our room smelled like urine (probably a pet had urinated on the carpet).

“We had a decent stay - the room was quiet (even though it is an outside door) and I always find a decent breakfast bar to be a convenient thing. The only issue we had was that when we checked in, we found that the room smelled. Note that it is a "pet-friendly" hotel, so it was likely. When we called the front desk to see if we could be switched to another room, they said they were booked solid and there were no other rooms available. The staff did offer to credit a portion of our room charge - I'll see if they did when we get time. Being late at night and having small children, we decided to put up with it - but had we had more time, we would have decided to go to another hotel. In the end, we slept fine, but it was not a very nice smell. This was, however, the only negative thing about our stay.”

• The Continental breakfast was very good; not just coffee and a bagel.
• Being stuck on the upper floor in the far corner when the hotel wasn't near full.

“It met our needs. We were traveling on business and needed a place right on the highway. It has good places to shop and to eat within 2 miles and filling stations even closer. If we pass that way again, we'd stay there again. Our only concern was why we were literally placed on the far corner in the back on the upper level when the hotel was by no means full. Not with standing, the staff was friendly and our stay was enjoyable.”

• The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.
• The stay wasn't long enough to find something to dislike.

“This hotel is conveniently located off of i95 and the staff is very hospitable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I traveled with a small dog and this hotel is the nicest of any of the pet friendly hotels I have stayed at.”

• I liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room at no extra charge.
• Limited parking. The lot was packed!

“It was a nice place to stop for the night along our vacation route. It was neat and clean. Pet fee $10/night.”

• Bad attitude by staff with exception of the lady who provided breakfast.

“Very unfriendly staff at check in. Shabby room, dirty bathroom, terrible TV reception. Seemed pricey for level of service.”

• I arrived at 5:30 in the morning, and they had a room cleaned and ready for me by 8:30.
• None.

“The workers we very nice, and went out of there way to get me into a room as soon as they could, even though check in was not till 2:00. It was very much appreciated.”

• Good location right of Route 95.
• It was a dirty dump.

“While walking from our rooms to the pool, we had to step over crushed candy, dental floss, a used Band-aid, and so many cigarette butts that I could even smell them from in the swimming pool. Total dump on the outside, clean enough inside the rooms, though one smelled damp. We got connecting rooms but divider doors closed and locked on their own unless propped with a suitcase. Outside lock broken on one room so we had to enter via the connecting room.”

• Nice, clean, comfortable rooms with helpful, friendly staff.
• A little hard to get into and out of the hotel site.

“It's right off the highway, so easy on, easy off. It has all of the amenities except that there is no good steakhouse nearby--we had to go down to NC for one. It's nice and clean.”

• Very low price for great quality.
• A couple of employees would smoke right at the front door.

“Right off interstate 95 w/ a big travel center next door, and a Shoney's right across the street. Rooms were big and clean and very low prices. We paid $55 for 2 queen beds, so that's hard to beat. Great continental breakfast, too. All around great deal.”
