• Outstanding service from beginning to end.
• Parking was somewhat limited.

“The rooms were very comfortable, clean and more space than expected. The amenities like swimming pool & work out facilities were welcome but most of all, the attention from the staff made a big difference in making us welcome & providing for our needs.”

• It was very quiet, nice size room, flat screen TV, comfortable bed!
• The staff was sort of slow to respond at check in.

“This hotel was very nice, the room was large, the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel, flat screen TV, free high speed internet, great room! Very quiet too.”

• Excellent staff. They are very friendly and accommodating.
• Carpet and facilities in lobby were dated and had odor.

“This hotel met my expectations for my trip. My room was cozy and appropriate for a solo traveler. Furniture and decorations in the room were clean and modern. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful to guests. Great customer service.”

• The bed was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.
• The bathroom needed some work. The tub had tape over the bottom where the ceramic had chipped away, over 5 inches long by 3 1/2 inches wide.

“We would stay here again despite the disrepair in the bathroom. It is in a safe location, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.”

• Clean, smelled good in the halls and room, quiet.
• Only thing not liked was the restaurant foods taste and cost.

“It is the second time that we have stayed here and it is a beautiful, peaceful setting. The room was clean and appointed nicely. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The cookies at the desk were a real treat the night we arrived and checked in.”

• Great staff, complimentary shuttle and nice perks for priority club members.
• Can't think of a thing.

“Was here for business. Location to office was convenient and enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to and from airport and office meeting. The rooms are very nice, newly renovated. Really liked the plasma TVs! I did not try the food for dinner, but breakfast buffet was great and easy. If you travel for business, come on Tuesday or Thursday evenings, they have a complimentary managers reception! I would definitely stay here again.”

• The room I stayed in was very clean and modern looking.
• Hotel is still under construction so some facilities are not up to par.

“For the price and location, the hotel was acceptable. However, the walls are obviously thin since you can hear every word someone is saying outside of you room if they are speaking above 1 decibel. The hotel is under some renovations so some facilities such as the fitness room are not up to par. I was surprised at getting a remodeled room with very modern decor (not that Im complaining there) however, my mother stayed here a few months ago and received a very 1800's bed so I guess it's just pot luck. The meals are a bit pricey but considering the availability of the local restaurants this was not a problem. Overall, not bad if you are staying one or two nights and only need a bed.”
