• Full-sized kitchen.
• The smell, pets are allowed, no housekeeping until after 7 days.

“Overall, my hotel stay was good! A couple of things I didn't like was: the smell, no dish detergent, not cleaned goods (especially the cabinets), front desk was unattended numerous times for long periods of times, and no housekeeping until after 7 days - unless you paid for it. Good things were the kitchen and in-house laundry!”

• It has elevators, kitchenette rooms and the staff gave us the best room for handicap husband.

“We were visiting Richmond for my husband's visit to McGuire VA Med Center. The hotel was conveniently located not far from there and had sufficient amenities for our short stay. If we come again, we will probably stay there. I have also been mugged and car jacked but here, I felt completely secure. Thanks for a great stay.”

“Convenient and reasonable. I was on a business trip and brought my family alone. It was good to have the conveniences of home (fridge, microwave, etc). Please provide dish detergent.”

• Had a kitchenette.
• Bed was uncomfortable, blanket was scratchy.

“Okay, but nothing special. Served my purpose of a hot shower and nap when flight was cancelled. Pretty far from airport, though.”

• I am pretty sure that the ac/heat unit was inoperable; however I was too tired to complain.

• The staff and the fact that there was a full kitchen!
• The smelly goods they used. Too much.

“Very attractive rooms, full kitchen (with pots, pans and utensils), appliances. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy access. Highly recommended.”

• It's a extended stay you do not get star quality from the staff at those hotels.

• Had full size refrigerator.
• Pubic hairs in bathroom.

“Pubic hairs from others stay in bathroom-beds are very, very hard-front desk not manned 24 hrs-hard to get extra towels and pillows-housekeeping does not occur daily-customer is expected to pay for internet service, not good for business travelers -has full size refrigerator. However, their quality on hotels and ability to get low price airfare and rentals cars is quickly demising. Usually can find cheaper prices on higher quality hotels by directly contacting hotel or booking directly with airline.”
