“I tried to check in at 545 pm. The rooms were not ready and it took 30 minutes to get into a room. Checkout is at 11 or 12, the rooms should be ready when people get there at almost 6 pm. The last thing you want to do is wait in a lobby after traveling.”

“This hotel was a steal and best deal we've gotten in a long time. It was modern, clean, had a convenient location and the room were very large. Great for family or leisure travel. Free continental breakfast, self-check in and free Wi-Fi are all bonuses. Will definitely stay again.”

“We absolutely loved this hotel. The moment we walked into the lobby, there was a clean, homey fragrance that smelled wonderful. There was Starbucks coffee and cookies available to buy at the front desk area. Our room was like a suite with a big screen TV.”

“I liked the location of the hotel, but did not consider this to be a 3-star hotel. (Just because it is a Hyatt does not mean it is a 3-star.) I considered it to be a 2.5-star. The staff was very helpful, but when I checked in initially, my card was not swiped for incidentals, but when I extended my stay, they insisted they had to swipe the card, and put a whopping $74.72 hold on my card! I consider this excessive. I also kept finding strands of hair in the room around the sink and in the tub. This was there when we arrived and seemed to be blonde hair. (We have black hair, so it could not have been ours.) Another concern I had with the staff was the fact that they provided inaccurate directions for connecting to the internet. Luckily, I am an IT professional and was able to adjust my laptop settings to connect. However, basic knowledge of how it works should be required of all staff, rather than having them tell people, "a window should come up for you to log in". (I also had to change my boyfriend's laptop settings to pick up the network, so it was isolated to my machine.)...Aside from all of this, the room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. We even extended our stay. However, I do feel there are some key areas to be worked on at this location.”

“The hotel's location was a bit confusing with a maze of parking lots from adjacent buildings but once found, it proved to be an absolute treasure. The hotel is modern and artistically furnished. The room was spacious with a European sense of best management of space. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels often and wants to be able to relax between events and business meetings.”

“I have stayed at Hyatt places before and this was very nice. But it was a remodeled Amerisuites that needed some attention to the little details here and there. Staff was very friendly. My room was very musty smelling for some reason. The flat panel TV in the room was worth it alone. It was very relaxing. I would stay here again for the price.”
