• They moved us out of one buggy room without air conditioning to another buggy room with air conditioning.
• The dirty floor, bugs, lack of air conditioning, lack of wash clothes, etc.

• The room was cheap.
• Everything else.

“The hotel was not clean, meaning, It did not appear sanitary. There was no frills, not even a laundry on premises, or area guides, or restaurants, etc. It may have been nice if I was alone or with a spouse, but my young children had to sleep on the floor because there was no more room!”

• Front desk person was absolutely fantastic - courteous and friendly.
• Original room assign was not cleaned, but another room was quickly given.

• AC unit poor condition, noise outside door.

“1 star economy level. One person on duty could not handle noise complaints and leave office area. Room opened to an outside parking area as if a motor lodge facility. Prefer hallway enclosed rooms with outside building parking to cut down on traffic and noise. Curious as to what good if any this response would do.”

• Location was pretty good. There were many restaurants nearby.
• Rooms were pretty small.

“I would rate this hotel as an average. It was pretty close to the place I had to commute for couple of days. It has the wireless internet but had to pay for it. They don't offer any breakfast which is not a big deal. Overall, I would say this hotel is good enough for $50 per night and nothing more than that.”

• The microwave did not work, no pans to cook in, no iron.

“I have stayed in other rooms in this same hotel and never had this many problems. And the staff was not around to fix the microwave, so I was unable to reheat what I did cook. They where helpfull getting us some pans, and iron.”

“This is the second worst "hotel" I've ever been. I could not check-in until 4:30 p.m. even though check-in time is 3 p.m. The clerk said their computer was having problems and the hotel was busy the previous night. The room was poorly lit and filthy. There were fluid stains on the walls, doors, pictures and bathroom mirror. There were dinosaur-sized nail clippings on the carpet and bed. One of the lights did not work. The bed was hard and only a flat sheet separated me from the mattress itself. The room smelled like cheap cigarette tobacco even though the room was marked as non-smoking. The door opened to the outside, and anyone who walked by the room could easily see into it. About one hour after I arrived and was falling asleep, the desk clerk called and left a voicemail to see how I was doing. How rude. The only toiletry provided was a bar of soap so old it disintegrated into a dozen smaller pieces on opening the package.”

• Location was good.
• Lack of basics, such as ice, hair dryer, comfortable bed, knowledgeable staff.

“Hotel was huge disappointment. Not the quality I experienced with other Homestead Suites. Lack of standard amenities in most hotel chains. There was no ice in freezer and no ice machine, no hair dryer, no extra pillows, uncomfortable bed, room needed renovation. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Best deal in Inns Brook area.
• Laundry room is very dirty.

“Generally its a good hotel. It has 2 issues. It has a street address of Broad Street but actually it is 1 block South of Broad so hard to find for visitors and even yourself the first time. Laundry room is not clean at all.”

• The grounds staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The door to the room was not long enough there was a half inch gap under the door.

• Dialogue between management and staff.

“Great location, great presence, easy walking distance to food, but something tells me they are in trouble. Being an Innkeeper for 14 years I knew someones handwriting is on the wall. Cheap is not always better.”

• They even came to room to give me personal TV channels in my language. Amazing. I am a foreigner.
• A little older establishment.

“Overall, the hotel serves its purpose. For a short stay it offers the convenience of an extended stay (kitchen). I wouldn't recommend it for a family (space), but it certainly meets my needs.”

• The room was very nice, and it had a kitchen.
• Check in isnt until 3, short staffed.

“The hotel was very nice, they were doing work on the parking lot and the attendant, asked me to park in a shopping center across the street and walked to my room, she was not very professional. They only have one maid, so if you try to get in early, they wont let you.”
