• The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean.
• Nothing everything was great no complaints at all.

“We were given a smoking room and we don't smoke so you can imagine how nice that was for us. This hotel was 35 minutes from Gettysburg.”

“I called to verify my room and everything was fine. Shortly after I needed to call and extend my reservation another day the hotel said no problem and would take care of it when I arrived. When I arrived there was a problem and they over booked. Finally later that evening I got a cancellation. Gettysburg was our destination was told it was about 18 miles. turned out to be a 45 minute ride. The beds were awful major back pain by myself and wife in the morning. The maid service was awful, asked to come back a little later and they started banging on the wall in the next room and talking about us ( thin walls). Then they never did make our beds or bring the fresh towels we requested. I doubt if I ever stay at a Comfort Inn again”

“The people were nice, but the food selection for breakfast wasn't quite on target -- onion bagels for breakfast??? The room had a mini fridge, but it made a horrible sound. The room also had a very strong, disturbing musty smell. We were also disturbed by the other occupants. They were semi-pro baseball players and were making loud noises (cussing) well into the night. They had alcohol and I found it disturbing around my 8 yr old son.”

“Lobby smelled of smoke. Sheets were paper thin and would not stay on the Mattress. Bed was very uncomfortable.”
