• The view and Sushi bar in lobby!
• Old elevators! Scary and very slow!

• I really liked the cocktails on the beach. And the room was absolutely beautiful!
• The shower was not regulated to close. It remains open the whole shower which got the floor all wet.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I went as a romantic getaway and it turned out to be the best resort hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was attentive, the rooms were stocked with bath and body works products, the bed was absolutely comfortable. Something to just sink into, and the view was breathtaking! The location was far enough away so that it was quiet, but close enough to get where you wanted to go. This was one of the best vacations I have taken and I plan on returning again!”

• Nice ocean access with pool and bar ocean side.
• The rooms were very dated. The motel needed work on exterior.

“I feel this hotel cost too much for the age, look and feel of it. It is in a nice location but was very shocked at the look of the hotel when I arrived. Lunch by the pool sounded nice but food not good and priced way to high for the quality. I was expecting so much more for the price of motel and food.”

• The bellboy.
• Dirty room, could not get cleaned up, loose toilet seat never fixed, unable to reach anyone in charge, restaurant filthy, No management apparent.

• Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful dining and gorgeous beach front.
• The staff is far less than courteous and supportive.

“If location, ambiance and views are important to you, this is the place. If you are looking for outstanding service, move on. We will probably go back eventually, with lowered customer service expectations.”

• The ocean, harbor views and the gardens.
• The pool was not open.

• The location was great! It's right on the beach!
• The housekeeping staff was very inconsistent with cleaning the room. The pool was closed for remodeling.

“This hotel is right on the ocean and if you have an ocean view room it's amazing! We had a private balcony too which was great for sitting outside and watching the ocean. The only bad thing was that their parking lot is too small and if they're filled to capacity there's not enough spaces for all the guests.”

• Beautiful location and awesome views. The lobby was very attractive and outdoor area was beautiful.
• The shower on the hottest setting was only Luke warm. This was a big downer because with the cool weather we wanted to warm up.

“The hotel is pretty standard. The front does not look like much, but the location makes it awesome with all rooms having either an ocean or harbor view. We went there for the views, so we overlooked the very firm beds, but the cold showers were frustrating. However, despite this we would definitely go back in the future. Hopefully they can turn up the water temperature by then.”
