• Computer in the lobby, free breakfast and cleanliness.
• No snack food to purchase at night.

• The staff was excellent, very helpful.
• The sofa beds are very uncomfortable.

“When going to Penn State this hotel is fine. The staff is amazing, very helpful if you have never been to Penn State campus. They gave us a map and highlighted the streets we had to take to get there. The breakfast was great, easy to grab and go. The sofa bed is not comfortable unless you Like a metal bar stabbing you all night, but I would stay there again.”

• Heated indoor pool, fantastic continental breakfast, clean room, free internet access.
• Only thing missing was scrambled eggs for breakfast!

• Totally non smoking, so no stale cigarette smell! Convenient, quiet location. Helpful staff.
• The bathroom door squeaked but they did fix it when we told them about it the next morning.

“I would recommend it to anyone visiting state college and/or Penn state. The location is very convenient and the hotel is quiet and clean. I especially liked that it is a totally non smoking hotel, so there is no stale cigarette smell hanging in the air or furnishings. The desk staff was helpful recommending restaurants, giving directions, and fixing the squeaking bathroom door.”

• The desk clerk helped us with directions to several locations, and even printed out a set.
• Nothing we didn't like, except we didn't have any more time to stay (and we set the clocks ahead, and lost an hour of time :).

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved having the spacious room and free breakfast the next morning. With such a family-oriented hotel, it got very quiet by 10:00 pm, and we heard absolutely no noise in the halls. It was a great night's sleep. We will be back next year!”

• It was convenient to the university and restaurants.
• The address ( village road) was hard to find.

“Aside from having a little difficulty finding the hotel ( no road sign off Atherton road) we really enjoyed the comfort suites. the room was huge and clean. the staff was very accommodating to our request to stay beyond the checkout time. all in all a very good value hotel in a good location.”
