• The bathrooms were very nice. The shower head was better than mine at home.
• The outside of the hotel is rather unattractive. It could be updated to be more inviting.

“Upon arriving at the hotel, I was slightly worried as the outside is rather unattractive and uninviting. There are large dips in the parking lot that fill with water in rain and make it difficult to navigate. The exterior is in need of a paint job. Inside is a different story: very clean, lovely bathroom, great showerhead, A/C worked quickly and well, Wi-Fi throughout, plenty of outlets.”

• It was close to the beaches and easy to find.
• The room was small.

“The room itself was decent size but they had too much stuff in it that made it smaller. We had two double beds, a large couch, a large TV stand and bureau, and the microwave and fridge were inside another bureau. It made the walking space very limited. The man behind the desk was very helpful and directed us around the town. We arrived early, around 11 am, and the room was already available for us to get in.”

• Very friendly and helpful. Staff is always smiling and willing to please.
• Would have liked the hotel to be further Downtown but? And maybe a pool?

“Room was very clean/ the staff wonderful. The continental breakfast was more than a donut and coffee but cereal as well as juices. Very nice. I would recommend anyone to be there for any short stay.”

• Free internet access. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants near. Fairly close to beach.
• I little too far from the beach.

“It was clean. Staff very friendly. Close to restaurants. Seemed like a good part of town. I wish they had a table for a laptop. It was hard on my back to where I had to set up laptop. They had a small table but it was low to the floor and hurt my back to use it so I had to try several ways to make it comfortable and never did.”

• Great location! Not too far from the beach, or downtown. There is a good variety of restaurants to choose from right by the hotel.
• When you turn the heat on in the room it gets smelly, but that's all.

“It not the Ritz, but its very affordable, in a good and safe location. Its a basic type of hotel, but the staff is great! I plan on staying there again, next time I'm in town.”

• Convenience to attractions.
• Water spots on ceiling, paint pealing off tub, didn't provide smoking when requested.

“It was ok. I would say the 1st room they put us in was a nonsmoking when smoking was requested and it was much better (looked newly remodeled) compared to the smoking room they put us in. The phone didn't work the paint was pealing off the tub and there was water spots all over the ceiling no fun to look at when you are lying in bed.”

• Dirty carpeting, rundown condition of the room.

“The location is perfect for downtown or the beach. However, the room was someway shabby E.G. dirty carpeting, loose toilet seat, poor lighting, no soap tray in the shower, no towel rack in the shower etc. No breakfast--only coffee and dough nuts.”
