• Location.
• The whole hotel smelled like mildew.

“The smell of the hotel was awful. The breakfast is essentially non-existent.”

• We didn't have to stay there more than one night.
• Everything.

“This place was an overpriced dump. It stank of cigarette smoke and the carpets were filthy. Way too much money for what we got.”

• Quite that¿s all folks!
• This hotel carpets was dirty and you can spell smoke threw out the hotel. Things were hanging in and out the hotel. S on carpet.

“Very awful, would not stay again was not worth money I paid.”

• Only the location/proximity to area attractions.
• Extremely unclean. Linen had hair on them and the shower was gross. Sink backed up. Mgmt didn't seem concerned.

“If I could have cancelled I would have. Delocalizing the rate was that of economy, there is a lot of room for improvement at this hotel. The supposedly clean bed linens contained hair all over, the bath sink backed up water and the shower floor was so bad I refused to use it. When brought to the attention of the front desk at checkout, the response unsympathetically "sorry, I¿ll tell the manager." I¿ll never stay there again!”

• Front desk was very pleasant, remembered my name.
• Wireless Internet covers only 2/3 of hotel and was down for one day of my stay.

“If you have a car and want to stay someplace near the beach and downtown Wilmington, this is a good pick.”
