“This was the worst hotel I have stayed in years. I booked a room for two nights the first as a stop to rest before making my destination.”

• Price.
• Asked for no smoking room-the room reeked of smoke and so did our clothes.

“Asked for no smoking-room definitely had been smoked in. Asked for an extra pillow - none to be had, although parking lot was almost empty. I guess you get what you pay for in this situation.”

• It was easy to find from the highway.
• This hotel did not have cribs or highchairs. Arriving late, we were against when the air had not been turned on and it took all night for it to cool.

“I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have some sort of crib. This will not be a hotel that we return to. I wouldn't stay there again if it was free.”
