• Quiet.
• Pricey for the room given (but in a college town).

“OK. Was in town for a fraternity alumni weekend, so it met my basic needs: had a bed, shower, AC, toilet.
But really, it was what I expected (been staying there for years for the same purpose.)”

• Location.
• Slightly rundown appearance.

“The room was clean and the bathroom was roomy. There was no art work on the walls so the room had a plain look to it, but it served our purposes as we just needed a place to sleep while attending Sunny Brockport's summer orientation.”

• It was fairly priced for motels in this area.
• Only 3 towels, 2 pillows, sheets not fresh, violence in the parking lot blood spattered on cars.

“The staff was ok. The sheets and pillow cases appeared to be wrinkled and possibly used. Insufficient pillows (only 2) and lack of towels/washcloths for 2 people. Room was dingy looking but was vacuumed. Cars in the parking lot splattered with blood, including my car. Blood all over the parking lot. I asked the front desk about it and there was a lack of concern, implied this type activity may take place frequently.”
