• Very bright, nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast.
• Could use more parking space.

“We stayed at The Sleep Inn on our way from NY to NC. I was surprised at the quality of the hotel given the great rate! The staff was friendly. Our room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast cafe was nice & had a great variety to choose from. The indoor pool was small, but clean & perfect for our purposes. We ended up going to the same hotel on the way back because we were so pleased!”

• Staff (front desk manager).

“It looked like a marvelous hotel and it indeed was! Just one complaint was the rude lady (elder) at the desk, I did not appreciate her attitude and the way she communicated with me.”

• Helpfulness of the staff.
• Bed cover had some stains.

“My first room had an issue with a smell coming out of the air conditioning unit. As soon as I called down the front desk staff immediately came to my room and provided me with a new set of keys to a new room.”

• I liked the in room microwave and refrigerator.
• The TV was too far from the bed.

“I enjoyed my stay at Sleep Inn. I liked the wireless internet connection and the in room accommodations. Microwave and refrigerator. The staff seemed very friendly.”
