• Location.
• Hotel in general. This is a low budget motel  Old.

“Internet went down. Not good for business traveler. It should be -1 star. It's an ok motel, definitely not a 2 star hotel!”

• Location.
• No manager on duty to take care of major problem--poor response time!

“Wallpaper came off wall during the night with a lot of mold & mildew behind wall. Clerk on duty had no authorization to do anything. Promised to have management call next day which they never did. We called 2 days later and are supposed to get a refund, which has yet to come. We took pictures and showed them to clerk.”

• The location was good. The staff was helpful.
• Allot of road crew folks staying here. Is not the most attractive property I stayed at?

“This hotel is convenient in that the location is easy to get to from the major arteries. However, the location is not very attractive and there seemed to be a significant number of road crew workers staying there. There were more trucks in the parking lot then cars. The room was basically clean but I feel the type of accommodations would be more suited to economy travel and therefore would rate this on a 1 star level.”

• The staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel was convenient to the interstate and family.
• One outlet was broken, so that only 1 item could be plugged in. There were buttons missing from the air unit.

“We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in a couple of hours later, and assuring us we could add an extra day with no problem. They even cheerfully and quickly brought up a portable hair dryer to my room when the one that was installed didn't work!”

• Looking at the newly, or what appeared to be, newly renovated bathroom.
• The floor could have been vacuumed a little better than what it was.

“The hotel stay was nice for the price. If I am every in the Winchester, Va area again and need a hotel I would be staying there. The floors could have been vacuumed a little better, however, the overall cleanliness was good.”
